Founded in 1835, Delas Frères is one of the Rhône Valley’s most respected houses.Elegant and expressive, this Saint-Joseph Blanc opens with aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and ripe pear. The palate is fresh and rounded, revealing layers of stone fruit, honey, and almond with a subtle mineral edge that lingers on the finish. A versatile white that pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled fish, shellfish, or creamy vegetable dishes.
Fruit is hand-picked from hillside vineyards with schist and granite soils that enhance the wine’s natural freshness and mineral depth. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures to preserve delicate aromas, followed by maturation on fine lees for added texture and complexity.
