WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. All UK delivery charges are enabled based on Destination in the checkout. 

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders should be delivered within 2-3 working days unless we advise you otherwise.

Our 6-bottle cases may take up to 5 working days for delivery.

Delivery will take place on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm. Weekend Deliveries can be arranged upon request.

CAN I RECEIVE MY GOODS AT AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS?
Yes of course - just enter the relevant delivery address at checkout. If you require the wines to be delivered on a certain date please use the Notes function during the checkout process or email us at contact@simplygoodwine.co.uk

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT THERE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
If you are not going to be in to receive the delivery of your wine, don’t worry. You can either designate a safe place for the delivery in the “Special Delivery Instructions” section of the checkout (for example: leave at back of the house or leave with neighbour) or email us at contact@simplygoodwine.co.uk to make alternative delivery arrangements for you. Please note if you choose to have your order left with a neighbour or put outside your premises and not signed for we cannot hold any responsibility for loss or damage.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
Orders under £150 are subject to a £9.99 delivery charge. Orders of £150 and above benefit from Free Delivery.
