Domaine Chanson exclusively use grapes from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards and are one of the top Premier Cru specialists in Beaune, owning 25 ha of their own Premier Cru vineyards. The Chanson estate produces over a quarter of its own fruit requirements, with the utmost respect for nature. The other Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are sourced from growers selected in alignment with Chanson’s quality commitments. Individual plot selection produces fruit which is vinified separately throughout the fermentation and ageing processes.
Pale gold colour. Aromas of grapefruit mixed with floral fragrances on a delicate minerality. Pure. Linear and well-defined. Good structure. Beautiful aromatic combination. Refreshing mineral finish, straight and of good length.
