Description Description

Deep garnet in colour, this Hermitage Rouge opens with intense aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, spices and leather, edged with hints of cocoa and smoked meat. The palate is powerful yet elegant, with firm, structured tannins, fine oak integration, and a long, penetrating finish marked by dark fruit and mineral undertones. Pairs beautifully with game, richly marinated meats, and hearty stews. Also excellent with aged cheeses or dishes with smoky or peppery notes.
