Revealing a complex, fresh and redolent bouquet of liquorice, dark berries, dark cherries and flowers, despite the presence of oak, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and structured, complemented by a fleshy core of fruit, satiny tannins and a long, ethereal and telluric finish. It will age very nicely.

Description Description

Deep ruby in colour with aromas of blackberries and spices, this wine features uplifting minerality and gently wooded notes. It is well concentrated, opening up in the glass and serving well to pair with game meets, as well as rich cheeses. This is from a new winery led by winemaker Jacques Desvauges with a focus on greater precision throughout the winemaking process.
