The Fevre family have played a prominent role in the Chablis region for over 250 years. William Fevre’s father founded the famous Domaine de la Maladiere in 1959 and William Fevre himself was a great champion of Chablis in the 1980s, building what was then the most advanced winery in the region.
This Petit Chablis showcases a pale gold color with green reflections, giving it a pleasant and elegant appearance. The nose reveals delicate floral and fruity aromas of lemon, white flowers, and citrus zest. On the palate, it tastes fruity and lively, with a touch of mineral notes that lingers on the finish.
