UK Delivery
WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. All UK delivery charges are enabled based on Destination in the checkout.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders should be delivered within 2-3 working days unless we advise you otherwise. Please note our 6 bottle (single-product) cases can take up to 5 working days. Delivery will take place on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm. Weekend Deliveries can be arranged upon request.
CAN I RECEIVE MY GOODS AT AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS?
Yes of course - just enter the relevant delivery address at checkout. If you require the wines to be delivered at a certain date please use the Notes function during the checkout process or email us at contact@simplygoodwine.co.uk
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT THERE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
If you are not going to be in to receive the delivery of your wine, don’t worry. You can either designate a safe place for the delivery in the “Special Delivery Instructions” section of the checkout (for example: leave at back of the house or leave with neighbour) or email us at contact@simplygoodwine.co.uk to make alternative delivery arrangements for you. Please note if you choose to have your order left with a neighbour or put outside your premises and not signed for we cannot hold any responsibility for loss or damage.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
Here at Simply Good Wine we pride ourselves in operating on a no minimum order approach. Our charges are simple and transparent. Orders under £150 are subject to a £9.99 delivery charge. Orders of £150 and above benefit from Free Delivery.

All deliveries are carried out by a 3rd party courier like DHL. You will receive order updates via email and mobile phone (if provided). If for some unforeseen circumstances you are required to make alternative delivery arrangements after the goods have been dispatched please do so via the tracking link and number provided.
Please note that if no attempt is made in contacting the courier or rearranging the delivery after 7 days the purchase will be returned to us. We reserve the right to pass on the cost of return delivery in this event.
If you choose to have your order left with a neighbour or outside your premises we cannot hold any responsibility for loss or damage.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
