The 2019 Chardonnay Yamhill-Carlton was matured in 10% new oak for 19 months and an additional six months in stainless steel. It has very pretty scents of poached pears, citrus blossoms, cashews and clover honey. The medium-bodied palate is satiny with expansive honey-and-citrus character, mouthwatering acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

The Gran Moraine Yamhill-Carlton Chardonnay is an exceptional wine that stands out for its complex flavor profile and elegance. This golden-colored chardonnay presents a bouquet of honeyed lemon, vanilla, and a hint of toasty oak, which is complemented with crisp green apple and juicy white peach flavors on the palate. This wine has a perfect balance of acidity and rich texture, a result of the fermentation and aging process it undergoes, that leads to a long, fruity finish. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
